My pet peeve here with Veach is that the Chiefs need guys. Giving up hidden gems for one guy is a good way to lose the crap shoot. Dude the Chiefs just won the SB. Every other team needs players. We want some we could use some but hell we don't need players. After the draft we still have cap money....

Veach pissed me off this year. Na different levels but he never gave up a pick. Just traded back picks to move up and got the players they wanted. No doubt they had Worthy ranked high because of speed but that Reid. Did they need to trade up. No but they got who they wanted so it does not matter.

So Hill signed a 4 year $120 million contract with $73 mill guarantee. Then the details came out and you realize that Hill for sure not getting the last year of the contract and most likely to Fins opt out after next year which means it no where close to a $30 mill a year deal.
