Re: F the NCAA

I’m torn bc I do think the premise behind the NCAA was correct…they just clown show oil baron’d it. Once they are done we all know what kind of organization takes its place—one that’s purely about sports and money. It will be what some predicted in this thread—pro sports for younger adults borrowin...

Sounds like ELECTION INTERFERENCE to me.

Re: Charges

“Donald Trump is now a felon…His campaign chairman was a felon. So is his deputy campaign manager, his personal lawyer, his chief strategist, his national security adviser, his trade advisor, his foreign policy advisor…they’re all felons.”  That from Cowherd’s take? The whole thing was spot on.

The stuff upper lip bravado - the notion that somehow Trump gained more votes than he lost yesterday - is really something. He is an adjudged sexual abuser.

He is an adjudged defamer.

He is an adjudged fraud.

He is a convicted felon, for election-related crimes.

He stands credibly accused of crimes against the Constitution and the national defense.

And he'll get 40% of the popular vote.

Hit a 10-legger French Open parlay yesterday. Go team. Haha that's wild My favorite thing to do - stepped-up parlays where you get a boost to 100% if you get to ten legs. Then I find in-scope heavy favorites, so I try to stack ten things that are all -400 or shorter. I think this is the fourth or f...

I don't think you're going to see big, flashy thinkpieces over it, but I think there will be a meaningful portion of his base that simply sits out (or logs protest votes). I think that portion will significantly outweigh any bump in R turnout.

Yes. And probably a net gain for the Rs, against Biden. Honestly, I wonder if there exists the apparatus for the parties to have a little "I will if you will" talk.

Supreme Court to the rescue? Overturning a jury verdict is a tall, tall task. What you're going to hear from the right is bad-faith, ignorant bleating over the notion that the jury was not required to be unanimous on which crime the business records were falsified to cover up. While this is somewha...

Describing all of the hundreds of millions of people who live in the Middle East as "the enemy," though, does. Particularly when you would also be opposed to them having the ability to choose to live here instead of there.
