Re: serve and protect
what criticisms? like being called a "dumbass?" I'm def not oblivious to it, I just don't think it's worth much. There's just not much I can do about it, I guess, except ask the name-callers to refrain, and try to avoid such pettiness myself. I think the only other valid criticism here is...

Re: serve and protect
God damnit.
I’ve really tried to refrain from name calling and petty personal attacks.
I implore you to do the same.
For real tho, I still think the bigger issue than the colleges protesting a genocide, is the genocide itself.
That really shouldn’t be such a hot take, yet here we are.

Re: serve and protect
I remember fondly the anti-apartheid protests when I was at KU. Trump was in jail with Mandela as I remember it now. Interesting angle - considering student protests in some bigger historical context…apartheid, Vietnam, civil rights, BLM… https://www.cnn.com/2024/04/30/us/photos-student-protest-mov...

Re: serve and protect
Shit We aren’t just dealing with college students?! It’s becoming increasingly clear what we gotta do: Start bombing entire college campuses. While we’re at it, also cut off food and water and all aid to the campuses. If anyone tries to give aid, bomb the aid. Tell everyone they gotta evacuate or th...
Re: Iced tea
kidney stones from tea?
Can't we have any nice things?
but that says black tea. Like I said, I mostly stick to herbal.
Mint can be good. I like hibiscus as a tea flavor too.
If I want something more earthy maybe a chamomile. Or roiboos. It's like Yerba mate for roibois.

Re: The Great Outdoors
They're not officially in CO, but there are plenty of purported sightings, and even a "click here to report grizzly bear sightings" button on the DOW's website. But odds are as many sightings as anything are just a brown or blonde or cinnamon looking black bear. Or even just like, yall's g...

A cheeseburger without cheese is called a hamburger.
So then what do you call a hamburger without ham?

Re: serve and protect
why do they have their faces covered? because they are embarrassed? It’s actually multi-fold: One big purpose is to prevent being further surveilled/harassed/facial recognition data collected by police. This was an issue with the BLM protests, and since then the police tactics have likely become mo...
Re: Iced tea

And by “that” I mostly just mean the bulls horn

Re: Iced tea
Ha, I had a Yerba phase.
But haven’t in a while.
If I want a drink that’s hot and caffeinated and kinda tastes like ass, I just stick to coffee any more.

Iced tea
Anyone got any recs?
As far as a good tea to serve iced, besides the standard issue Lipton type
Preferably herbal/decaf, as tea is what I switch to once I’ve had too much coffee, but open to suggestions either way

Re: Recruiting
sooo
Sounds like we’re working on one more PG yet…
It would be nice, and prob makes sense, considering multiple frontcourt pieces and several wings but only 2 real pg/lead guards.
Be nice to have the depth, and have another in the system
