For camping I brought a flat iron steak, marinated in carne asada sauce. Put it on a grill grate right over the fire. Cooked medium rare and thin sliced to order.

Toasted the tortillas too, plus shredded lettuce cheese onion and salsa for fixins. Dunno if I can ever go back to just hot dogs.

I haven’t cooked turkey legs personally but I imagine they’re kinda like dark meat chicken in that they’re pretty forgiving and can be good overcooked
