Keeping Caleb Love from doing another Ja Morant or Buddy Hield impression would be great.

From where this team was on March 1st to where it is today is, in a word, astounding.

Re: OFFICIAL FINAL FOUR THREAD
5:09 tip. KU -3.5 Saturday games are on TBS Monday game is on CBS I assume the games will be on all 4 tourney channels, or at least 3 of them. You'll have your standard broadcast, then your "Home team" broadcast like they've done the last couple years. Nah - it'll be the national broadcas...

Given the current state of the ruble, it will be interesting to see how long the Russian soldiers are willing to fight for quite literally pennies on the dollar, especially if they have families back home that are struggling.

Re: We Lost the Battle for the Republican Party’s Soul Long Ago
You do understand it doesn't take hours of work and a fucking plow to find this shit, don't you? It's literally everywhere because the 'republican' party is an absolute shit-show. When Mitt fucking Romney is your cow bell.... Edited: I also wanted to add that calling out the republican party for the...

Re: Chiefs 2021
You have to believe when another team eventually hires Bienemy to be HC (which with the lawsuit and heat starting to come down on the NFL you would think would be next year at the latest), the first call will be to Kafka. And you'd think he'd jump at the chance.

They have some good future in social AR. The Quest is selling fairly well. Ready Player One coming within 10 years. I've thought about the whole Ready Player One quite a bit in the last couple of months (my 17 year old bought an Oculus, and then we bought another one a few weeks later). We're not t...

Re: COVID-19 - On the Ground
Illi - sorry to hear. That sucks. My Brother/Sister in law (wife's Brother) are anti vax and both got covid right before Christmas. BiL was in the hospital for over a week, and for a couple days we really weren't sure. Luckily he pulled through. The day after he got out, she went in. Again, lucky sh...

Re: Greatest Football Game Ever?
It has to be up there because it was never a 'this team rallied from X down to win' scenario. It was close the entire game, and the last 5 minutes of the game and OT were bat-shit crazy.

Re: Violence
BOTH PARTIES have to negotiate in good faith in order for it to function with some semblance of normality. When one party (not naming names) hasn't really done that for almost 20 years, and has been blatantly obvious about it for the past 13, you end up with 'do nothing' government. There's a reason...

Re: Conference Realignment..?
I don't know. I think OU/UT read the room and understood that with the changes coming (to the NCAA governing the conferences), it probably made sense to move into what will eventually be the de-facto super football conference. My assumption is the SEC read the tea leaves as well, and they understood...
