Agreed. It is so dumb.
Pretty sure the "Big 5" aspect takes more precedence than national ranking. Nova was on something like a 25 game winning streak in the city series. To Penn, this was like ND beating UCLA to end their streak.

I'd argue it's even more than that - because ND is a power 5 school with a good history of basketball - Penn is a mid major and just beat the defending national champion.

I prefer an unnecessary court storming to seeing 3/4 empty gyms at major schools hosting some directional school you've never heard of.
I only came to kick some ass...

Nothing would surprise me this weekend. I hope we play a good first half and dont get in a deep hole. We will have out hands full with Nova regardless of last night's result.

65% from 3pt wasn't going to last. We all knew that...then the whole being late thing happened and he got benched (which is more in line with the Vick we've known for 3+ years)....he's going to be fine, but I think we should all just appreciate November Vick for saving our ass from having multiple losses already.

Not expecting 65% but expecting more than 2.5 pts a game whichbis hisnlast two game avg.

I nearly shot my drink out of my nose laughing at this. So true. There is a real race on to see which Vick has more of; halves of a game where he hits 5 threes or halves of a game where he doesnt score at all.
