I don't know about that. He doesn't seem to shoot as well as Graham or Mason but he has defense and some explosiveness when he drives to the rim. As his experience continues to grow I think him finishing at the rim will get better. Might be next year before his 3 starts falling more. But the kids is really good and I think he will be the team MVP at the end of the year.

Norm said Dotson has never been a shooter because he’s beaten opponents with speed his whole career. When he does, I can’t imagine the trouble.

Honestly, I think we are over achieving. I don't care what our preseason ranking was. From a pure talent standpoint this isn't 1 of our best teams of the Self era. We are still figuring out how to play together. But we are pretty freaking good at defense and showing poise down the stretch, which are huge factors in winning close games.

I'm impressed with our coaching. They've found a way to lead this team to some close victories over tough opponents.

Going to be a stressful year, but a fun year...
