Games 9/29

Thinking about attending the Michigan/Northwestern game today but it's a $100 get in right now and of course UM people at work snagged the 4 seats I usually get - because no one wants to attend most of the other NU games.
Michigan laying 14.5. I think that's too few and Michigan should be favored by a lot more.
Meanwhile, NU lost (actually won 1 game) by 8 points or less 6 out of the last 8 times the two teams played each other.

Anyways, some nice matchups today. Two games where 2 top 10 teams play each other.
OSU at PSU and Stanford at Notre Dame.
Is there a way for all 4 teams to lose?

Top 25 games today......

Michigan -14.5 vs Northwestern (Michigan wins by 24)
Louisiana +48.5 vs Bama (Bama shaves and wins by 42)
4-0 Syracuse +24.5 vs Kelly Leak I mean Trevor Lawrence (Trevor wins by 24)
Texas Tech +3.5 vs W. Virginia (tough pick - but I'll take a home dog when I'm undecided)
Tennessee +31 vs Georgia (Georgia wins by 28)
Baylor +23.5 vs Oklahoma (Baylor covers on a meaningless late TD - OU wins by 23)
Texas -8 vs KSU (Texas wins by 14)
Central Michigan +29 vs Michigan State (CMU scores a late TD - Michigan State wins by 28)
S. Mississippi +27 vs Auburn (Auburn wins by 24)
Florida +7 at Mississippi State (Florida wins by 7)
UCF -13 vs Pittsburgh (UCF wins by 17)
Duke -4 vs Va Tech (Duke wins by 7 in OT)
OSU -3.5 vs PSU (OSU wins by 7 in OT)
Stanford +5 vs ND (Not sure which team wins but one wins by 4)
Kentucky +1 vs S. Carolina (Kentucky wins by 10)
BYU +17 vs Washington (BYU gets a late TD to cover - Washington wins by 14)
LSU -10 vs Ole Miss (LSU wins by 20)
Cal +2.5 vs Oregon (Cal wins by 3)

College Game Day has a sign noting that Kansas has more WINS than Urban Meyer. Sad.

Soooooo........

Looking at my predictions at 8:20am today -
I was way off on the Clemson/Syracuse game (didn't know Lawrence would get knocked out early) but I was correct that Syracuse would cover.

I was way off on the MSU/CMU score but if MSU's defense didn't give up in the 4th quarter (outscored 17-0) I would have been dead on that MSU would have won by 28.

I knew Bama would shave points. Said they would win by 42. They won by 42.

3-0 so far. Stay tuned.

Right on que (as in BBQ) Tex Tech was going for a tie score late in the 4th and then a pick 6 for WVU.

3-1 so far.

Blue (UM) blows. Right now.
Not the same team that dominated Corn and beat them by 46 last week.
Go purple Cats! The Evanston purple Cats. Not the Mancrappy Cats.

Not too bad, not too good on the day but......

Said Bama would win by 42. They won by 42.
Said Florida would win by 7. They won by 7.
