Yeah saw the same thing. He pops up here and there from time to time. He's really active on twitter though. He comments on almost every single kstate post by one of the beat writers. He puts his input on everything.

I expect Urban will bring in Venables and Littrell tomorrow at his presser.

Littrell backed out. I laughed on twitter because staters wanted that guy.

Then news of Pooka being arrested no more than 30 minutes later. Life of a Kansas football fan.

Now zeroing in on Kleiman from NDSU. Would be good for them. Dude has just won constantly at NDSU. Although Al Bohl left NDSU for Wyoming and they've been average. So I wonder how he'll do. But it's a hire that's a good one for them, I think.

If you believe those type of people they had the Littrell to KSU done two days ago. I believe he is holding out for a Texas job.

Nah. He wants OU. Waiting until someone plucks Lincoln Riley.

We do know one thing: It takes someone special willing to take a job in a shithole town for a shithole university with a shithole fan base.

My optimism as to the comparative directions of KU and KSU football is tempered only because of Pooka.

Pooka is definitely a difference maker. One of the best guys Kansas has had this last decade. But let's not forget that Herbert is really damn good.

Even then, I like where KU is headed compared to kstate. And I don't think that's a homer take. KU building brand spankin new indoor facility within 100 yards of main football facility. You have a National Championship head coach.

Big picture, I agree. The Pooka thing is just greatly diminishing the joy I felt when I first learned that Littrell-to-KSU had failed.

Yeah me too. I went from laughing to kstate to feeling crappy about the whole Pooka thing in about 30 minutes.

I heard that in addition to the buy-out issue (not wanting to spend eternity in Mannicrappy), he wanted to clean house including Sean. That is a no-go at Ksuck!
