I have an axe.
I could just pick up a six pack and throw it in my backyard.

I think there's one here. Sounds like fun.

I did pretty well at the KC Ren-fest after a few.
Defense. Rebounds.

i think it was like $120/hr for a lane, or $20/hr if you didn't mind throwing with others

now that i write it, i really feel like a cheapskate

Don't want to be a knob ousdahl but it seems a bit more than you can handle.

Wtf bro?

Make no mistake, nothing would make my birthday happier than to take this to the QT thread, but let’s axe that idea, cuz TK’s buying tonight!

Eye see what you did there - fine, let's head over, and try to heel our relationship.

Went for a work team building event at the location off of Metcalf and 435. It was on the work AMEX so I have no idea how much it cost.

It took forever to get through a game. You played an elimination style tournament with the lowest scores getting eliminated. Maybe it was like this on the initial set up but the person helping you made one person go a time. She would tally up the pts and then the other person in the second lane would go.

It was fun. Not sure if I would go back or spend my own money to do it. Fairly simple to pick up and once you do it is almost easy.

Right on.

The reason I ask is I heard about these a while back and suggested the ranch I work offer it.

Problem is, management half asses it, treats it from the get-go like a cost to keep low, and basically passes the responsibility to the staff to figure out how to execute it/make excuses when guests are underwhelmed.

So after I suggested it, I then beg to do it well, and even offer to put together an ROI analysis.

But instead, management orders those little plastic handle throwing hatchets from Bass Pro Shop, then has one of the ranch hands saw an old rotten log into a disc to use as a target. When the targets split into pieces, they have me glue them back together.

and this from a resort that otherwise has 5-star aspirations or whatever.

I shoulda stuck to the professionalism thread.
