Hot dogs. I just had Earl Campbell’s red hots with brown mustard and dill pickle relish.

I love Hebrew National and Nathan’s.

But those Earl Campbell’s are good.

My favorite salad is a Chicago dog

Heard the weather in Kansas has been pretty on point the last few days.
Good time to get out and grill burgers and dogs.

I haven't had a proper "hot dog" of any sort in years. If I'm grilling sausages, I normally go with a brat.

scratch that! At work a couple years ago, work was talking up how they were gonna feed the staff a nice meal for Christmas in the break room. It was hot dogs and chips.

Brats smell better than they taste, imo. I'll take a dog if given a choice.

We've had this battle before but may as well start it again.
Condiments on a dog?

Heavy on the mustard ( yellow or brown ), medium on the relish ( Wickles relish FTW ) and light on the Heinz Ketchup. Sometimes chili. Rarely white chopped onions.

The mustard only crew chime on in.

If I'm gonna put stuff on a hot dog, it's either mustard, ketchup and mustard, or some coney island chili dog thing going on with chili, onions, and mustard.

I also have a sentimental soft spot for sauerkraut, which blew my mind on a hot dog at Arrowhead Stadium when I was like 10.

Dress a dog how you like. For me, and I've said this before, ketchup = Satan's Santorum. Can't stand the stuff.

Seems as though I need to try some new dogs, we usually get Ball Park. For toppings, spicy mustard, kraut, and onions.

I use A1 but I don't put them ON my steaks.
On the side, dip when I want.

well if you're all out of A1, you could always just smother it in donkey sauce.

I guess that's what she does.

So I do the thing where I shame her by proxy, and point out to the kids that it's impolite to season food before trying it.

When out, I can handle someone asking for sauce, but I have to take take a lot of internal deep breaths when a well-done steak is sent back to the kitchen to cook it into beef jerky.
