yeah, assuming none of the folks had a cell phone themselves.

They had already received help from the clerk, and presumably could have used the gas station phone too.

I dunno, he seemed genuine, and was nice about it, and prob woulda been nbd.

but after I applied the "what would I do if I was in their shoes" test, if my car broke down at a gas station I think I would pursue better remedies than to walk around asking randos for a ride.

lol, that's an idea.

I should mention I had two pairs of skis in the back, plus a whole career guide's worth of fishing gear in the back seat, and didn't really feel like shuffling all that shit around and even risk loosing it just to get some randos across town.

plus, can't you get ticketed for riding around with people in the back? don't wanna risk that either.

I found an amazon box while doing some fall cleanup yesterday. It is a corner lot with a huge yard. Anyway, I’m sure it was placed there by an amazon box thief that didn’t want was inside, so tossed it over the wooden privacy fence into the far corner of the backyard.
It is a case of canned Starbucks vanilla double shot (coffee and protein). I’m not sure if they were made in October or expired in October.
