Good game to build off of. Not officiated like the regular season will be though.

Wow. A little too close for comfort. But I'll take it.

A W is a W, but a little too much drama.

Self did a pretty good job of hiding what this team can do during the exhibition games.

Yeah some sloppy play but cmon it’s the first game of the season.

Considering so many new faces in the rotation we looked damn good. Lots of playmakers. Lots to be excited about.

Glad that ended well. Team needs to realize that opponents can sneak up on you at the end. still a nice start/win for the season.

See you all next week - RCJH!!!

Pretty good for a team that’s not the most experienced right now. Dotson was impressive. Grimes has a good stroke. Dok is a beast down low. Lawson will have 20/10 every night.

With more experience they will learn when they get them down big to step on their throats. Nice win. Congratulations

Gonna be a very fun year. One of the biggest, most athletic teams Self has had here.

Vick tho. Same guy...

Lawson took a lot of shots but I expect those to fall - he was involved a ton.
Dok dominated - but the free throw thing is going to persist until he can shoot 60%. Hope he can.
Grimes looked smooth. If he can shoot like that from 3, we might sweep the B12.
Dotson had a number of frosh mistakes but showed some really good stuff.
As for Vick: Devonte Graham shot 3-14 in last years Champions Classic and he ended up doing OK.

Ku's ceiling is WAY higher than what we just saw and they still won and looked far better than a good MSU team.

We had a chunk of brain dead play for a bit there but closed it out.

And....
Duke is crushing PAC-12 Perry and UK right now.

Vick might be our 6th best player, which is fine. We don't need him to be more tham that now that I see both Dotson and Grimes are this ready now.
