you do realize Mitch has only played 13 total minutes this year, right?...if we're going to play small occasionally then neither McCormack or Lightfoot are going to play more than 5-7mpg....and 1 likely won't play at all many games.

I concur.

All I said was, there’s an argument.

Dedrick at the 5 will be a freak nasty small ball lineup.

But my argument lies largely in the fact McCormack can take up space and hold his ground better than anyone else not named Dok. That’s the bulk of the argument. (See what I did there?)

And okay, small sample size, but in just a few minutes against Sparty he exhibited rebounding ability, court awareness, and passing skill. That outlet to Dotson for the fast break bucket was a beautiful sequence.

And okay okay, while I appreciate the little things Mitch does and am glad we got him on our team, I also cringe every time he guards someone one on one, and feel like him checking in is far too correlated with the other team getting easy buckets down low.

The Lightfeet played six minutes Monday night. The Lightfeet and the Big Freshmen combined for 6 minutes. That had nothing to do with nothing other than the Big Dok was white hot.

color me unimpressed after that “performance”...particularly seeing him in person

and i’m too lazy to look, but i’d love to know how many POY/AA candidates, if any, have put up a zero points/4 fouls kind of night. i realize he had a couple assists and 7? boards, but still

taking my niece to Friday’s game, so hopefully he puts up 20 and 10

He looked sick. I'm still surprised there wasn't some mention that he had "flu-like symptoms".

I'm just thinking he got his stinker out of the way now and not during the tournament.
