iconic movie scores/soundtracks

obviously this is different for many people, but my original thought was about music (or musical elements, i.e. Jaws) that are immediate recognizable to their respective movies

In that case mostly in this order - this is not a ranking of my favorites by any means but just what I think people probably could identify most easily:
Jaws, Star Wars, James Bond, Psycho, Halloween, Home Alone, Rocky, Forrest Gump, Ghostbusters, Braveheart, The Godfather, Jurassic Park, Rudy, Mission Impossible, Indiana Jones, Superman, Nightmare Before Christmas, The Titanic, Dances With Wolves, E.T., Hoosiers, Back To The Future, The Pink Panther, Star Trek.

My 3 roomies my freshman year ( Templin so 4 to a room ) didn't drink so they'd often do planned things by non-partying KU groups.
I think one Friday night in late October I decided to not get hammered and join them - and it just so happened they were going to see 'Alien' at a theater in the student Union.
Was like 3 bucks, there was popcorn, much better time than I thought, and I remembered it!

We were on the 3rd floor, our room closest to the North facing fire escape stairs.
Three part operation, one lookout at the top of the stairs, one holding the door because it would lock behind you, one sneaking the pony keg from the parking lot around the building up said stairs.

a couple things:

1) i had forgotten how good the Dances with Wolves score is

2) the Indiana Jones theme might be my favorite John Williams bit
