Big brawl at Forever 21 at Water Tower.
Supposedly a couple of innocent/non-involved people were injured.

The solution is what?

Blows my mind that there is/was clear video shared of the suspect and yet no one has identified the guy yet.
Will be interesting to see/hear what his "motive" was.
Sure would be nice if we could figure out why we have had at least 7 "mass" shootings in the USA in the last week and how we can stop them from continuing to happen on such a frequent basis.

As I have been known to say, guns may be the worst invention of all time - and then when you add people who are fucked up in the head who have guns - you can end up with a VERY BAD BAD BAD combination and situation.
Problem is we will always have guns and people who are fucked up in the head.
No win situation that will last for the rest of my lifetime and way beyond.

Agreed but I think it's more than just gun "culture".
It's the look at me I'm important culture. If I'm feeling I'm not relevant, what can I say or do, no matter how extreme, to get attention and feel important?
Heck, some people happily act like assholes in public to get attention, some look and dress like assholes to get attention, some drive fancy sports cars to get attention, some post on this site (and others) for attention, some go out and shoot people to get attention.

Part of the gun culture problem is the importance the gun nuts hang on guns.

In this or any given election, I wonder how many voters would list “gun rights”
as the issue they’re most concerned about.

it’s not dissimilar to last year when I was talking to an old Catholic friend. In the midst of a pandemic and BLM protests and all the other shit going down, she proudly declared her biggest concern continued to be “religious freedom.”
