I think he catches too much flak for that. Just out there playing and got us 2 quick points that were much needed.

Particularly when you're talking about a guy who took a very limited number of outside shots...I'd MUCH rather he shoot a 19-footer in rhythm (which he did) than try to take a dribble-stepback 3 (which is what Raftery said he should have done).

Gotta defend Raftery here since he's one of my favorite color guys - that was Billy Packer. His last game actually. Got fired after the season for the "This game is over" comment in the UNC game IIRC.

My favorite part about the whole after effects of Bacot going down, is all the KU fans on social media throwing their nose to the sky and saying how KU is the standard for sportsmanship because instead of attacking 5 on 4, they let him get back in the play so the refs could stop it. Allowing UNC to get 5 healthy players in.
