MG makes his man uncomfortable.

Dok Cole and Withey make all 5 opposing players uncomfortable.

Yep.
You just didn't mess around inside the circle.
And the Nova beat down wasn't just on Dok - everyone was getting torched that night - B12 POY Vonte included.

Speaking of bigs next year, watching Oregon getting annihilated by BYU the other night, I was wondering if N'Faly Dante would be wanting to change scenery and join his old AAU teammates for a year or two. Might be an interesting transfer prospect.

dok had an impact on every possession he was in the game. MG didn't.

But MG had a handful of times where he took over the game for stretches of times entirely because of his defense. I've never seen a perimeter defender do that before. He could turn it up to 11.

Like you said, Dok changed the other team's entire strategy and style of play. MG could put clown shoes on one poor guy.
I only came to kick some ass...

Rock the fucking house and kick some ass.

RIP Kelly Knight. Not one of the 25 greatest all time but one of the 25 greatest early 80s.

If kcrim votes were not a factor at all, Ochai Agbaji would be 16th on this list just behind Sherron Collins ( 14th ) and Paul Pierce ( 15th )

( voting IS a factor, however, and that's why Pierce is 8th here, significantly bolstered by your votes. I'd guess, with Ochai fresh on posters minds, he'd be able to sneak into the top 15 in a revote ) :

Ochai ahead of Pierce isn't unreasonable if pro careers aren't a factor.

Has this been discussed? Because I'm not sure I've seen a more awful list.

Just start with Danny Manning, Adonis Jordan, and Mark Randall's inclusion which is a big WTF-is-this-guy-drunk-moment. Then no Devonte'. And no Chalmers.

That's before even getting into the order of ranking itself.

Top 10 worst things about that list:

1. Danny Manning, Adonis Jordan, and Mark Randall as mentioned.
2. No Vonte, a 1st team AA, as mentioned.
3. No Chalmers, NCAA MOP, as mentioned.
4. Wayne Simien, a 1st team AA, 20th.
5. Ben McLemore, Devon Dotson and Andrew Wiggins above Marcus Morris.
6. Udoka and Wiggins above Ochai.
7. Perry Ellis above Brandon Rush.
8. Collison below Pierce, LaFrentz and Gooden.
9. Pierce being ( technically - see worst thing no. 1 ) the best in 25 years ( if we are assuming we are talking about how they did at Kansas )
10. Udoka and Wiggins being so high ( 9 and 10 )

in a sense, MOP is the one of the worst things that ever happened to Mario's legacy.

too many people cry "you just like him cuz he hit The Shot," as if he wasn't one of the best and most complete guards to ever play at KU either way.

We've had this discussion.

As far as Chalmers, totally agree with "as if he wasn't one of the best and most complete guards to ever play at KU either way", but I just wanted to list that award b/c it should be important enough to get him into the top 25 of the last 25 years. I'd probably have Mario 15-18th on this list.

ah. yea. I'd have Chalmers high but I'm prob biased cuz he was my favorite player in real time while I attended college even before he hit The Shot.

and "Hall of Very Good" is prob about right for Ellis accolades.
