Brussels sprouts are awesome. My daughters made a balsamic glazed roasted version and it was fantastic. Along with some butternut squash soup…..yummmm

yea Brussels sprouts are so good.

We grilled those directly over the coals as our greens. Well, as our other greens.

Also smoked the taters low and slow. Just left em in there til they got soft, then mashed em up with lots of butter plus some cream and salt. Seriously some of the best taters ever made. crazy good flavor to em.

1. Scalloped oyster dressing
2. 4pm
3. Lions (every year) then national dog show

5. Cornish game hen (seasoned up)
