Re: Kenosha
i really don’t think he was expressing sympathy for them
Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?
Re: Kenosha
Then why bring it up, literally minutes after the verdict was read?

Re: Kenosha
because it’s a tragedy all around?
look at it this way: i don’t have sympathy for lobs, but i do think it’s a tragedy that he and so many like him are led astray in the way they are
i don’t want to put words in 99’s mouth, but that’s they way i took his comment
edit: by no means does this mean we can’t or shouldn’t celebrate the fact that justice was served, imo. that’s very much worth celebrating

Re: Kenosha
Not according to 99, remember
And I don't think it's a tragedy all around. I have no sympathy and give no fucks about these clowns. I'm sorry, but I'm over this shit. So fucking tired of ignorant ass white people shooting POC. We absolutely should be celebrating this verdit.
It does suck that taxpayers have to keep these fuckers alive, but it's probably better than giving them the easy out of the death penalty. They should suffer in prison the rest of their lives. Particularly the McMichael's. I've previously stated and stand by my comment that it does seem reasonable for Bryan to be released at some point.

But showing up here minutes after POC finally received some justice in this country to state there is nothing to celebrate while also expressing some sympathy for the racists murderers speaks to your character.
trag·e·dy /ˈtrajədē/
noun 1. an event causing great suffering, destruction, and distress
Do you think the murderers are not in such an event? One thing missing from the definition is any mention of sympathy. Something can be a "tragedy" and "just desserts" at the same time.

are we supposed to assume you’re actually a reasonable, otherwise intelligent person?
