Yeah, that seems counterproductive and promoting the ancillary activities of the development over football. Recent history suggests this isn't a bad idea, but Lance and the future of athletics suggest this is dumb.

I saw that Goff responded and said it wouldn't be less than 40k but also didn't say it wouldn't be less than the ~47k it sits today.

I am ready to see what happens. Parking is a big thing for me. I have season tickets and park up on the hill by Potter Lake. I probably won't make the cut for a parking pass if too many parking spaces go away.

It needs to be a max of 45k. You can have a great stadium with 45k and below.

The number I was thinking was 50k. At some point it's just numbers, but under 50 sounds so small, especially compared to the 100k+ of the big boys.

All the need yesterday about the Big 12 "officially" expanding - as if it was actually need. It did get me to thinking though - once Texas leaves can we quit pretending the Big 12 was born in the '90s when everyone outside of Austin knows it was an expansion by the Big 8 to take in the fractured SWC.

Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?

[It'll seem weird] For about one season.

Just enjoy it, brother. Finally, right?

PAC12 media day this Friday, they will say no new TV deal is done yet.

Colorado is ready to bolt, UA is ready as well, ASU is holding back but will probably follow AZ if they leave. So say the sports talking heads today in Denver.

They are missing several teams. Duke, Syracuse, Wake Forest, Boston College, Utah, Washington State, Cal, etc...

those teams may be missed intentionally, twocoach. here's the way it would look with common sense and computer generated logic including schools left out the earlier iteration.
