Seven wins with Texas Tech and Cincy, both lesser teams on paper, than ISU.

and ksu at home as well.

Bean had a solid game tonight. Good for him.

They blew it.

Campbell's guys kick you hard in the groin. And wet down their bushy field. Tough to win in Ames. But Bean played his best game. In control. The slick field showed how scared ISU was of him.

Dotson's pick 6 turns out to be the difference in this one.

Technically Beans 80 yard TD to Arnold turns out to be the difference in this one.

The difference, with all due respect, was my lucky hoodie and some excellent officiating. Just stellar.

True. After getting shut down on multiple drives. But you don't necessarily count on the defense to score for you to win.

A couple of those drives were shut down by zebras.

Yes. That's playing on the road in the Big 12. Even though the numbers may not agree, I thought Bean played better tonight than he did against OU.

7-2 with winnable games ahead. The progress is startling.

The over/under on wins this season has to be 8.5 now which is crazy good considering our failures the last decade plus.

Is it too much to hope we win out? Am I dreaming?

KSU stunk it up in stretches this season. Tech always tough. Cinnci playing with a big chip

He for sure did. Great to see confidence and growth, especially in second half.

And dang it, fell asleep at halftime. Glad we were up (almost) 21 in 3rd.

Good ole 11 AM game! Good for Tv, and the home team. Not good for business and much else.

Dad’s weekend will mitigate that this weekend, especially today.

My question abou today is: of Mahomes shows up, as expected, and he’s dressed in Tech garb, does he get booed?

Yes, and rightfully so - in a good-natured sense. Heck, he’s married to Brittany - how seriously can he really take himself?
