Westbrook was a mistake I agree there. Terrible fit, but we are a ways removed from that. The Lakers absolutely have one of the deepest teams in the nba though, you are crazy if you don't think so.

That have a really good roster, and I've never like the Lakers. I wouldn't even say they have a "problem"

If the lakers weren't matched up against a team built to maybe repeat as champs, the Lakers could easily be advancing

AD and LeBron just aren't a good enough duo to win you a title. LeBron may be a lot of peoples GOAT, and rightly so, but he's 40, he can't carry you to a title. And AD has always been wildly inconsistent

LeBron James, even at his age, is still a top 10 player in the NBA.
AD and LeBron are 6th and 7th in PER.
AD is one of the best defensive players in the league as well.
( LeBron also not too shabby still )

That duo is plenty good to win you a title.
You need a more consistent 3 and better depth 4-8.

Yer dumb.

Better season in Washington than Westbrook and far better defender.
OK.
How has Washington been doing since they got kuzma?

He's a decent nba player but he's certainly expendable. When he played with LeBron in LA he had a similar role and numbers to what hachimura is doing

No arguments that the Westbrook thing didn't work out. Anyone would have been better than the Westbrook move, and for me it has very little to do with Westbrook.

LeBron and AD are still good I agree. Jokic is a lot better. Is his supporting cast better? I don't think so

LeBron and AD aren't winning you a title in 2024, but the Lakers are crazy deep

Guards: d lo, reeves, dinwiddie, Vincent
Forwards: hachimura, prince, vanderbilt, reddish
Bigs: wood, Hayes

That 12 man rotation is ridiculous. Deep ass team

I think Kuzma's biggest problem when you get him around veterans like LeBron and AD is that he is a fuck off. A known not hard worker.

It's part of why LeBron wasn't crazy about DLo for a long time....but now it sounds like some of the insane hardwork LeBron puts in has rubbed off on guys like DLo and Reaves.

Lakers should have gone hard after Oubre.

To be fair, DLo proved to be a better get than I thought he would.

Speaking of spare parts, here you are mentioning Dinwiddle, Taurean Prince and Christian Wood in your argument.

Dinwiddie and Vincent have been giant disappointments since arriving in LA.

Lots of guys are "disappointments" when playing on a LeBron team. Dinwiddie has been good in the nba for awhile, and Vincent was a huge part of those Miami teams making playoff runs

Truth is guys have less freedom and confidence to play their game when playing with LeBron, and there's more pressure

Dinwiddie being a late addition makes it harder for him to fit in tho, and Vincent has had injury issues this season

Yeah.... wonder what that was about. Seemed like we went really far out of his way to hit some guy a fraction of his size.

Douchebag move

But who knows what the full story is. The video looks awful tho

When talking shit at a sporting event goes wrong. That guy picked the wrong one. That dude is fucking huge.

But, Joker brother probably getting banned and paying out some money in a civil suit at minimum.

You can take the Serbian out of Serbia, but you can't take the Serbia out of the Serbian. Or something like that.

And the odds of Denver banning jokics brother from their arena is almost zero. Unless the league can take action and intervene?

He's more likely to chase criminal charges for assault

Probably consistently my favorite thing to watch on TV. Better than the games themselves a lot of times.

I still can't wrap my head around Minnesota being this much better than the Suns.
