El pastor and carne asada tonight. Double soft corn. Cilantro, onion, lime.

best idea ever:

freezing left over pulled pork and using it for street tacos in a pinch (w/pickled onions, cilantro, and avocado)

For sure.

Ours never makes it to the freezer it seems. I've got 2 relatively picky eater kids, but they'll eat pulled pork in various ways. So we cook a 4lb pork butt in a Dutch oven just about every week. We use kind of a sweet and spicy maple rub (unsauced) so we can use it for sandwiches with sauce added, or add some other spices/things to it and turn it into tacos/nachos, even use it for breakfast stuff like egg potatoes pork breakfast burritos.

Looks fantastic from here.

When I go back to KC, I miss tacos* so much, I have them nearly every day, and sometimes twice a day while I'm there.

*hard corn tortillas, of course

I'm sure there are Taco Bells in Florida.
Seriously, when I'm in KC I hit El Camino Real, Bonito Michoacan and or San Antonio. I don't think there is a hard shell taco among them. Where you going?

Flavors were very good.
Tacos were tiny.
Like mini tacos.

Margs also small. 8-9 oz.

I think I confused hard shell tacos with crispy the other day.

I prefer soft corn but grilled to order so it’s hot and a little crispy when served.

I think a 6.50/7.00 taco is just too much.

Maybe I’m old.
Maybe this is Biden fault.
But 6.50 for one taco is too much.
