We are a massive nation split into 50 pieces forever tied to an overarching document that founded our nation hundreds of years ago. Changing the fundamental way we elect our leaders isn't something that is going to happen in an election cycle or two. Tweaks will happen but the system will always have flaws and holes. It is simply too large not to.

We can begin by acknowledging that the 50-pieces baseline is no longer relevant nor productive. Also we can acknowledge that Constitutional Originalists are traitors. This document thumbed its nose at the proposition that “All [..] were created equal” and proscribed that some are more equal than others.

If the founders had meant for the Constitution to favor WASPs, then the founders could have written it that way.

Because, like waiting for a candidate worthy of your oh-so-precious vote, while putting forth no effort to effect the change you desire, you'll just sit around and bitch because the bus doesn't take you precisely where you want to go.
