Fair. He's taken 7 so far at Kansas. 3 in each of the last 2 years. Hasn't made one yet.

Is it basketball season yet?

College football just doesn't do it for me. NFL is good. But those few months where NFL NBA and CBB are going on are the best imo.

I am excited to see KJs continued growth. He's gotten better every single season he's been here. And with plenty of scoring ability on the roster DH should be able to comfortably play the role he thrives in. Especially if we have a backup PG that can play 10min as lead guard with DH out. That will allow DH to be more aggressive on defense, rather than play cautious because he's needed 38mpg every night. Same with HD. It's be nice if Flory or Clemence are competent enough to allow HD to play more aggressively inside on defense.

i know it’s often viewed in a negative light given the current status of the sport, but i’m excited? to see how well Self coaches this particular plug-and-play group

there’s lots of new faces that should see plenty of court time

Football sucking has increased my excitement.

Even if NIL has soured the excitement for some people, there is still a lot to like about this team. DH and KJ are lifers who in this new day and age are going to be increasingly rare. If not totally extinct. I'd love for those guys to get a 2nd natty. They deserve it.

Really excited to get our first look at storr, Griffen, and mayo. A lot of talent scoring and versatility there. Hope they compliment dajuan, hunter, and KJ well. That's a really good group and some other talented guys competing with them for minutes

Same, I loved all the good things Self had to say about Mayo being one of their best players over the summer. We'll see if the new guys can play defense and hit shots at a rate that makes them legit weapons so that Harris, KJ and Dickinson can go to work with less crowds around the rim.

Still think clemence is a dark horse to be a solid contributor. It'll all come down to how he fits with other players, and if he can guard.

But a 6'10 shooter who's bulked up and in year 4 at the program is nobody to forget about. He's talented. Just needs some confidence and to carve out a role
