Newell is in his bag.. Gave KUs draw an A for most lucky. Says KU is at least a 2-3 point favorite in every game they may play, regardless of opponent.

(I don't think that's actually agreeing with Newton, but whatever.)

twocoach wrote: Mon Mar 14, 2022 8:41 am After seeing the brackets, I certainly feel better about Kansas' chances to advance than I did a week ago. Lots of talking heads picking Iowa to advance to the Final Four in the Midwest but I don't think they should get more credit for a hot conference tourney week than Kansas does. KU played every bit as well as Iowa did in their last 3 games.
Iowa is good! About what you should expect to see in the Sweet Sixteen if you're the third #1.

Oddly, I think Baylor (the 1-4) got the softest 4/5 line.
UCLA beats Baylor if it comes to that game. But St Mary’s is an extremely weak 5 seed.
I don't think St Mary's gets by Wyoming.

And go ahead and throw Gonzaga out for purposes of this trivia.

Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?

It looks like there's already a Kansas Crimson group on the CBS bracket selection site.

It is fun and we've had some decent turnout.

Forgive me for being brain dead.
Is there an entry fee and if so, how much and how do I make the “donation”?
