Not really serious but...

I've had some nasty nose bleeds lately. Dry air in the heated house? WTF.

BTW, my bathroom looked like a scene from law and order.

I've had that issue. And yes, a warm mist humidifier remedied the problem.

Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?

Are the nosebleeds hard to stop?

Gums bleeding when you brush your teeth?

Have you noticed that you're bruising more than usual? A good place to look is on your shins, and your forearms, where they would meet a counter you were leaning on.

And/or have any large bruises you can't explain?

They have been hard to stop.
1st one was caused by this excessive coughing I've had for 6 weeks. 2nd one was poopin.

No bruising, no bleeding when I brush my teeth.

all kidding aside...after years of no cavities at my check ups I had 3! drilled and filled today. My face, teeth and jaw still hurt.

I finally quit chewing (over a year now) and now I get cavities?! what gives.
