Before the season started I think most of us didn't expect 6 wins. As the season went on my expectations increased. If 6 is our ceiling this year I'll take it. I truly thought we had a chance to win this one and others but it's looking like this team actually overachieved.

Here's hoping we make a better showing next week. Here's hoping we win our bowl game.

Our backups all in.

What’s the line we think at ksu?
12.5?

Well silver lining:
Whatever chance we had with Leipold getting hired elsewhere is gone.

He's taken what was easily the worst college football program over the last decade+ to a bowl game in his second year there; he'll probably still be a candidate this off-season for a few other jobs.

This program will have one or two of these every year for the next few years. They still don’t have the true depth or talent.

This was the first one this year.

In game 11.

But if Sarkisian wants to get pass-happy, which he often does, then KU has a shot.
Bump.

Yea.
But not the ones we were previously scared of.
6-6 and the right candidates at the bigger schools than Kansas, makes Lance figure out what's going on at Kansas.

Will take.

Leipold is going to get paid right here in Lawrence and he knows it.

Liepold signed a 6 year contract. While KU may give him an extension and/or raise, if he/KU Football sucked this season would he have given money back to the University?
If Leipold cares about "getting paid" at KU in the future - he needs to get rid of several members of his coaching staff pretty damn soon.

Who would you get rid of?

It would be absurd to let go of anyone of consequence.

Defensive coaches. Our defense has been garbage.

I’m just glad that Goff is in charge now.

The entire staff will get raises if we’re fortunate enough to keep Leipold as coach.
