Today's RFK Jr though - he's going out of his way to be a Republican. I think that the "free market should address environmental issues" is the clearest example of him being completely different than pre 2016.

There are a plethora of ways to say that Covid-19 is more virulent for certain ethnicities, than to repeat that "Covid-19 is ethnically targeted”, which would lead any reasonable person to assume he means there was malice, or intent.

And imo, that's exactly what he intended.
