And scholarship players only. Can’t count the 12 white guy legacy walk-ons per program

health be damned
It's not like dollars aren't important. We're talking about peoples' livelihoods here. Utah, for example, all but shut down their athletic department. That's hundreds of families without work for coaches to nurses and janitors.

Clearly, universities are spending a ton of money to protect the health of student-athletes. Most would argue that they are safer in the program than when it's shuttered and they don't have athletics' resources available to them or the personal discipline that comes from sports.

I find your take is easy to write but not particularly thoughtful.

you’re fucking blind if you think carrying on with either pro or college sports this year is about anything but the universities making money. it has absolutely nothing to do with keeping kids healthy.

i’m thoughtful about keeping this country healthy. your take is short-sighed and selfish

With that in mind, what are the chances we play Baylor next weekend?
Do we pray for a cancel?

I’d hope for a barely compliant Baylor squad

Hope for a cancel that we count as W. 1-1.

Clemson scored 49 first half points. Scored 0 second half points.
Could you imagine paying money to see a team that doesn't try (at least offensively) for an entire half?
JUNK!

If it’s 49-0 at half in a college football game, Id prob leave at halftime anyways.

Excellent point! Clemson starters could have left at halftime too.

SMU currently beating North Texas halfway through the 4th quarter 62-35.

Clint Bowen’s defense everyone!

Clint Bowen is certainly a guy who cares a lot about KU but how that guy remained at KU for so long and then got a defensive coordinator job is beyond me. Unreal the amount of retread coaching hires and the 'buddy buddy' system that goes on when hiring.

Did anyone catch Nebraska's AD complaining about their Big 10 schedule. I don't think I have ever seen a more 'out of touch' fan base and administration than Nebraska. The sooner they come to the realization they are a 5 to 6 win, middle of the pack school the better off they will be.

Nebraska's complaints about the B10 schedule only prove how far they have fallen from the blue blood elite they were under Tom Osborne. They haven't won a conference title in two decades.

There is a feeling that kstate will not be able to play their game against OU. Too many players out due to Covid. They have like 35 guys not able to practice or play.
