I didn't attend Battle 4 Atlantis.
I was in Atlantis a different year.
It'd be bad if I actually went there and forgot who they played.

Newton is probs right.
And then I think we played Tim Floyd's UTEP and Frank Mason may have had a big shot?

Who did Pdub forgot KU loosing to in Atlantis?

and why did he forget just cuz he spent the day playing on the water slide instead of watching the game?

Oh good lord it was a January game, somewhere in the middle of the streak. And she's Mrs. Fish now, so.

I think it was Kentucky in MSG that he skipped. A champ classic.

Still shocking to this day.

Big East Matchup could be Nova, UConn, Creighton, Georgetown, Butler, Marquette, Xavier.

Instead it's..... at St. Johns....? At Madison Sq Garden likely.

If Champagnie comes back, they could easily be one of the better teams in the Big East.

They finished 4th while everyone ahead of them is losing the majority of their core and they were fairly young. Creighton is losing everyone and their brothers. Nova gets Baylor. Marquette and Butler finished in the bottom 3rd of the conference. May not be the sexiest matchup going by recent history, but I think it's pretty accurate when you match teams by predicting top to bottom.

Yeah you’re not wrong. And being in MSG doesn’t hurt.

It’ll be on Fox like the Nova game a few years ago was on. National TV. Gus Johnson and Rafferty on the call. It’ll be fine.

Not even MSG either. Just saw it will be in the new arena the Islanders are building.

Apparently that played a factor in being matched with KU too.

If it's in Long Island, that sucks.
At least if it was Barclay, you could go out in Brooklyn or catch a 20 minute train to the city.

SEC game is in there, too, and hopefully it is Kentucky. Might run into Alabama in Orlando.

Overall, it does not seem to be as daunting as past schedules, but I thought we could have benefited last season from a couple of home pay games in between all of the tough opponents.
