the thing with drinking vs chewing is, with drinking the Hershey squirts usually don’t happen til the next morning, and appropriately enough out of your butt.
With chewing, you get the Hershey squiets contemporaneously, and out of your mouth instead.

Not literal feces, but that diarrhea-like byproduct that chewers have to keep spitting out during consumption. It’s just a gross look no matter what.

I don't agree with that. I used to have it after every meal, and certainly didn't think it was cool, but also didn't have time to spend 15-20 minutes outside after every meal.
I had no problem quitting smoking - quitting dipping was super difficult though. Until a growth the size of a bean appeared on the inside of my bottom lip. Had to get it surgically removed. Sucks that it had to come to that to stop... But it worked.
