They’re awful.

They were never meant to be GOOD in the first place. They were only meant to not spoil on long boat rides.

And if you like em just cuz they’re stronger, then get into some brewery that actually knows how to make beer taste good - by a nuanced understanding of yeast and stuff, rather than just throwing way too much hops in there.

I'll agree with this just knowing how much people can go crazy for it but at it's base, it's still pretty damn good.

The problem with guac is avocados.

You got like a 45 second window between “too hard to even prepare” and “turns as brown and mushy and rank as literal diarrhea”

Only dedicated party day I like is not a real holiday but what's become to be known as "Blackout Wednesday" before Thanksgiving. That's a great feeling knowing (for many) a 4 day weekend is ahead.
