I, personally, do not feel that fans have a responsibility to show up. It's ownership's/management's job to put something compelling on the field/court/etc.

Oh, me either. At all. I'm at (past) the point where I don't just throw away entertainment monies because of loyalty to a team. I haven't been to the K since moving back. And that actually makes me sad, as I love games there.

When I was in my 20s, and lived in Prairie Village, I'd get off work and drive 15 minutes to the stadium. Pay $3 for parking, buy a $3 ticket in LF GA, and buy a scorecard for $1. Ushers at the time didn't care where one sat (attendance was low during this time as well), so I usually ended about halfway up a section past 3rd.

I generally pick baseball games by starting pitchers. Suffice it to say I haven't been to all that many Royals games in recent years.

Looks like they split their other foward/center spot with Aidan Shaw, 6'8, 205 lbs and Connor Vanover ( multiple transfers ), 7'5, 230 lbs. Yes. He's 7 foot 5 and only 230 lbs.

I've found it very interesting that Bill and others have mentioned publicly that there are only a few games left on the deal with Mizzou. Tells me there is some uncertainty on whether it'll continue...and I can think of only one side of the deal that wouldn't want it to continue.

What do we gain? They're a garbage team in a garbage state that has been irrelevant for eternity. They're not in our conference anymore, so....we are supposed to beat them 100 times out of 100.

when we win great, we won, fuckem...but it doesn't help our SOS its barely a quad 1 win (If it even is)..it does nothing.

If, God forbid, somehow we lose......I won't even go there...but ya get the point

It's fun. This is one reason I enjoy basketball so much more than football - the penalty for losing this game really isn't all that consequential.
