Not sure what metrics they use or how they calculate it but i know texas hit everything they threw up and kansas missed everything

Do GMs really consider it? If there’s a choice between filling a certain position with, say, a pick between an elite young talent with a sketchy past, and a more average talent but walks on water, who they going with?

At the very least, it takes a lot more than talent to capitalize on an NBA opportunity. The examples each way are endless.
