There is one site that Vegas uses to set initial lines. That’s the one I trust.

CBS is sooooo bad between games too. If the next game has started, ESPN immediately goes to it after the current game is done. CBS, on the other hand, does an extra long commercial break. Hopefully that's changed now ...
