If you're another team are you psyched for the news because of his lower draft stock or discouraged because of the worst case scenario/PR nightmare?

Bears being the Bears. Signed Damien Williams.
Now they have 3 potential "feature" backs (4 if Patterson is still on the team and lines up in the backfield), none of who are "elite", and probably no clue which of them to play.

If that's true, he shouldn't be playing in the NFL.
Like someone said, you're a superstar QB - why go about sex that way?
Gross man. Not the Chicago QB.

“I don’t pay them for sex. I pay them to leave.”

Should have taken that advice

Pretty paltry free agent year: big money aging risks or roster fillers.

Sounds like Breeland maybe as well.

Biggest miss was for Williams. Was this close. Can't fault the effort though especially when Williams was going to give the Niners the last offer before he did anything. Had a feeling JuJu would stay in Pittsburgh. Not sure if Reynolds would have been that much of an upgrade over D-Rob.

Focus on the draft and then see what kind of camp cuts show up.

Williams never wanted to leave. He used the Chiefs as leverage to get max money from the 49ers. And that’s fine.

Not wanting to leave is huge this year. Lots of folks staying put but leveraging the market. But I think KC got lucky on some of the missed FAs. Youth is important on the OL and DL. I think skill players are going to be available as post draft signees. For example, KU had great receivers this year and zero route time. You have to know this kind of thing and take advantage this year.

Everyone is just trying to get to next year when the cap will explode. It's not a great year to hit FA this year.

Dolphins trade the 3rd pick to 49ers for 2021 12th pick, 2022 1st rounder and 2023 1st rounder.

Get ready for Lawrence, Wilson and Fields to go 1-2-3.

But more importantly, I think Dolphins want to stick with Tua, thus taking a trade spot for Watson off the board.

But wait...

Dolphins just traded with Eagles.

Dolphins get the No. 6 pick.
Eagles get the 12th pick and the 2022 1st rounder.

SPORTS!

I really don't get why the 49ers made this move. Seems like they've got talent to win now and they potentially want a rookie QB?

I don’t think there’s a market at all for Watson at the moment or in the foreseeable future.
