I dont feel like JR is going to play very much tbh. KCP should be the one who steps into the starting lineup.

Of course GSW was loaded. The Cavs were more talented than many oast champions,it was a very good team.

Nevermind, you're right... lebron the messiah carried his team of ants almost to glory. Give him another ring for trying.

Kyrie is a great player.

Kevin Love is a great or almost great player.

Tristan Thompson is a good or pretty good player.

....but Rodney Hood, Jordan Clarkson, Larry Nance Jr, George Hill, Jose Calderon, and Jeff Green?

Not sure I would consider it "loaded" (personally), and if I did it would be mainly because of Lebron/Kyrie and have very little to do with the other guys on that roster.

Kyle Korver, Rodney Hood, and George Hill have made pretty good careers for themselves for not being good

TDub also said the 2018 team - which didn't include Kyrie.
Kyrie was in Boston.
The players listed are good ( Korver, Hood, Hill ) but there are a number of good players in the NBA - Korver, Hood and Hill don't make a team loaded.

No doubt. Every nba player is "good" then and every team is loaded if that's the standard.

Forgot about Kyrie being gone...and Korver only played 16 games for the Cavs that year.

That is 1 way to look at it.

Another way is to ask how many other "GMs" took their franchise(s) to that many NBA Finals in a row? Or are we not counting Miami as GM Lebron?

I said this long before LeBron started being GM LeBron.
Obviously they would have to be traded and/or free agents for it to happen but why didn't Ewing, Dominique, Malone, Stockton. Reggie Miller, Barkley, Kemp, Nash, etc. - All guys who never won a championship - get together, play for a couple million in salary, and win themselves a championship?

Because the NBA was different back then.
The league wasn't nearly as popular and GM's had more power over players.

It's hard to separate Jordan from the NBA, but the NBA was definitely more popular in the 90's than now.
