I had been asking why SdS guardian has remained quiet...the Star has a pretty scathing article including an interview with Fanny they completed on Friday that details his side of the story. He claims that the $2,500 was sent unannounced by Gassnola and was not used in conjunction with online classes for SdS. Fanny states that he donated that $2,500 to a church in Florida and gave a receipt proving it to the NCAA. Furthermore the article goes on to mention that the NCAA has bank statements and account information from both him (Fanny) and SdS. Of interesting note he also claims that the NCAA has a vendetta out against KU and that they are taking it out on SdS.

If what Fanny is saying is true and they have nothing to hide I would start SdS on Tuesday and dare the NCAA to come after KU.
