I do think McMack is gonna be a beast this year. I have no problem with him as the lone big in a lineup.

It's also encouraging seeing how many HS C recruits are 200 lbs or less and picturing them trying to hang with McMack. Geezus he's gonna leave some bruises on some tall skinny dudes.

Oh, no issue at all with him being the lone big.
This season it should be 4 out, 1 in with the roster we have, especially considering DeSousa kinda fell off the face of the earth ( not all his fault ). I think DeSousa backs up DMac. I do think Lightfoot gets some play out there with DMac though.

I'm just thinking past McCormack - I think Self will work with his squad rather than force a guy into a position.

Why is this thread going on. There won't be any college basketball this year. Get ready for it. ;)

Pac-12 throwing a wrench in the CBB season starting as scheduled. Not a good sign.

KU has 2, potentially 3 Pac 12 teams on non-con. I would imagine IFFFFFFF CBB is played. It'll be conference play starting in January.

I think the biggest hope for CBB is a bubble situation, with different mid-season tournaments like we have around the holiday season. This might work because of remote learning, and the student won't be expected to be on campus. But it starts say right after finals.

With sports being canceled, I'm interested to see how that effects parity going forward. You're getting 2 recruiting classes in one and (I assume) no additional scholarships. Guys like Garrett would be gone after this year, so you have kids committing to what they think is an open scholarship. All of a sudden he's back because there was no season. I think you can probably throw all commitments by the 2021 senior class out the window and start over. You're going to feel the effects of a canceled season for years after it's passed.
