If you find yourself in public at a sporting event and can't help but involve yourself beyond telling a player he fucking sucks, then you aren't a functioning member of society and should be mocked, ridiculed, and banned.

Similarly, if you spend even 10 seconds defending the rights of entitled babies who can't help but show aggression from the safety of the stands, then you are not a functioning member of society and should make arrangements to live in the mountains and stop bothering people.

Interesting that neither organization identified the fan/s by name but did say the Knicks fan was NOT a season ticket holder and the 76ers fan IS (or maybe I should say - was) a season ticket holder.

I have been an asshole fan more than once and in hindsight I am truly ashamed of it.
Was actually booted from the United Center for throwing ice cubes at a Red Wings fan - and feared I was going to get the season ticket holder's (who's seat/s I was sitting in) seats revoked. Thankfully that didn't happen.
Funny how alcohol and/or drugs helped fuel my behavior. Go figure.
I am in no way against alcohol being sold at games but let's be honest, often alcohol plays a role in dumb behavior.

"Guests will enjoy the basketball experience free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language and obscene gestures".

"Guests who choose not to adhere to this Code of Conduct will be subject to penalty including, but not limited to, ejection without refund, revocation of their season tickets, and/or prevention from attending future games. I won't pick anyone but them but every team is the wrong rolled ankle away from being out of it. If James and Davis are both aggressive, the Lakers are tough to beat.

Love 'em or hate 'em, I can't help but hope for a Lakers/Nets Finals. I've always been a Lakers fan so I would probably root for them but I wouldn't be upset if the Nets won.
