Took Cal getting tossed for UK to get a W yesterday.
I don't visit Rupp Rafters but I assume there was some chatter in regards to that.

I guess this can go here.

https://variety.com/2021/biz/news/ashle ... 234907409/
[Ashley] Judd opened up about the accident and her work in the Democratic Republic of Congo during an Instagram Live with New York Times columnist Nicholas Kristof. Walking with a “powerful stride” early in the morning before sunrise, Judd did not see a fallen tree and tripped, shattering her leg. She described the “incredibly harrowing” emotional and physical nature of her journey to the hospital, which included lying on the forest floor for five hours and holding the top part of her shattered tibia for six hours while riding a motorbike.
Excuse me?

Text from my former Kentucky neighbor:

"Well, at least you guys are going to get into the NIT."

Kentucky's lead in all time wins is now down to 6. We are on an upswing and for sure could close out the year on a run making this fun to watch.

And factor in that KU has played in a far more challenging conference the entire time. Has the SEC ever finished higher ranked in conference strength than the Big 12 while Self has been at KU?

That's a fair counter to their, 'KU's played more games'.

UK has played two more games than KU since Calipari became their coach.

If KU went to the NIT in 2013 like Kentucky did, should have those 6 gimmies and gap closed.

If Trey Burke hadn't gone nitro, we gotten a damn rebound, and EJ not totally meltdown, probably woulda had 3 more.

As bad as the missed free throws and the 10 seconds and the 30 foot jumper over an outstretched Kevin Young - the random scramble with I think Ben McLemore and Withey where we coulda just had a damn defensive rebound and likely put the game away was just as heart sinking.

As magical as the 08 championship game was, the juju was just as bad in 13. Young even winced as the 30 footer left.

What's lost on that game is how well our team beyond Elijah and Tharpe did.
Ben and Perry were having their way.
