Yes hard on. Your pm to me proved it as have other posts you have made.
Forgetting that, I'll respond to your question.
If I ruined this one for you or anyone else - I'm sorry. I explained myself.
Please feel free to ignore my post/s and/or I suggest pdub delete them.
So, to my question, this sounds like "yes, I'm going to ruin yet another forum", unless we pretend you didn't, or someone dele's it for you.
Right?
Right!
Someone posted pics, I commented on them, you took offense.
So now you can either move on or continue to harp on it and/or cry about it. Your choice.

Heat that smoker up hot ( sorry gotta waste some charcoal on this one ) and burn that shit off.
Then spray it with a hose and scrub it down.
Finally got around to this today. Worked great. Thanks pdub.

Baby back or St Louis style?
Beef or pork
Good question...i usually like pork best (st louis style if a good bbq spot), but have also had good beef (although i don't have the guts/skills to do those myself).

Not much skill required, just smoke it low and slow.
I feel like beef is always more tricky than pork for me to smoke. Hard to fuck up a pork butt, but i feel like beef brisket is more tricky....and it's an expensive fuck up if you ruin a brisket LOL
