I just seem to listen to the same music and bands. Few exceptions are like Chris Stapleton and Sturgill Simpson, but I just don't like a lot of new music, or I just don't give it a listen. My favorite radio station is Americana Radio...lots of good music, like Wilco, SonVolt, Stapleton, Sturgill, plus some Waylon, Cash, Willie, etc.

i’ve gotten into the habit of shuffling all my songs from my amazon music account. then, inevitably i end up being more in the mood for something that randomly comes in, at which point i can just select the “start station” function and let amazon’s algorithm do the rest

it’s a good way to bring in songs, artists and genres that i may not have otherwise put on
