I mean, with that said, I’ve always thought coaches looked sharp in suits (except roi’s pastel plaid sport coat bullshit).

I guess I’m not too worried about it either way.

Yea im not worried about it either, just think its odd that people have strong opinions on what the coach wears. Particularly since its the some of the same people arguing for more freedoms for the players.

No one said anything about “should” or “requirement” or tried to extrapolate some larger social statement other than the the posters speaking against Self dressing formal.

I just like it.

If you’re looking for some point of reference, yes I do enjoy dressing business casual and up, even if not at work.

I personally wish our society dressed closer to what it did in the early 20th century. I just like it. And, certainly more than the rags, sweats, pajamas, etc. that many wear out now.

But, has nothing to do with college coaches wearing suits. Just think it looks good. Same with players not suited up.

Rags and pajamas are one thing, but whatever you do, please please PLEASE don’t take away female yoga pants.

I don’t mind seeing a nice set of yoga pants. But, if you took an accurate sample size of today’s yoga pants wearers, I’m not so sure it’s a net gain.

Thompson missing some important playing time for a freshman. Missing games at this point in the season is always a setback in a young players development.

Is it because of the lack of fans in the stands that all coaches have went to a casual look this year compared to their previous suits. Quite frankly coaching in a full suit you would have to sweat your ass off. Probably so much more comfortable compared to a suit.

without suits, how would Roi be able to go all dramatic and toss his sport coat?

Bryce might still be out this week. I think part of the reason this team seems so up and down is the plethora of lineups we play. Need to get some kind of rotation set over about the next month and Bryce's injury really hurts him and us.

@ Stillwater on Tuesday. OSU is a one man band, but that one man is so good that all of their games are close. Should be a single digit win.

vs. ISU on Saturday. It's been a long time since ISU has been this bad. Spread out the minutes because that Saturday-Monday turnaround to go to Waco looms.

This is a week where nothing less than 2-0 will keep you on pace.

Iowa State is soooooo bad. Prohm surely gets fired this year, right?

But back to the original topic. Stillwater is always a weird place for Self and Hawks. They are allowing like 3k fans in there. Would imagine lots of Hawks fans there. Cunningham is an absolute stud. But the rest of their team is blah. They have that kid with dreads who has been a solid player for them for a while too.

Cade needs something like 25/7/7 for them to win.

We look better on the road right now. Lawrence is a weird spot to be in this year.
