That kid was feeling it so bad in the first half that you could tell he wasn't going to pass for the rest of the game. In nearly every possession that he touched the ball in the 2nd half, he put up a shot. That dude wanted to hang 40 in AFH and make SportsCenter.

Was at the game last night and was stunned to see the number of empty seats. Also stunning to see how many less people bought season tickets this year. We moved over 3 sections from last season.
One bad year and KU fan support took a major hit. If we have another bad one and I will be at center court five rows up next year.

Sports attendance is down all across the board. Throw in a below average season and an NCAA scandal and things can change quickly.

True. A Friday night game against a lower opponent at 8 doesn’t work great either.
Kentucky made adjustments to their arena to make the capacity lower. KU football did the same. Capacity was 50k and it’s now 47k. Chiefs kind of did the same for their drum thing in the upper deck of end zone.
Sports arenas are going to get smaller as they go. To watch on TV is easier than before, cheaper than ever and same quality of watching the game.
AFH will be full for the big games and all of conference play. UNCG on a Friday night at 8 won’t cut it.
