The real kick in the nuts is that he's turned himself into a surefire draft pick. Meaning he's gotta go.

And, we don't get to see that Udoka on the national stage.

Barf.

Kinda opposite for Mitch. Tough decision to start this season really saved (some) the heartbreak that could have been.

Why Enaruna and not Wilson? I know Jalen got hurt, but every time we got to see them play, Enaruna seemed to be better and with better physical gifts. My sense is that Enaruna has more defensive potential as well and he may be ahead of Wilson in terms of understanding Bills system.

Yeah. I have no idea why Enaruna would transfer. He’s a star, and Bill knows it.

Same.
Enaruna will get time here - and Self will make sure he does.

Would think Doyel knows Enaruna would play a lot here.

We're just looking at there being a possibility that he never plays in a NCAAT here. Ugh.

is everyone already convinced that a post-season ban is a foregone conclusion?

I'd be a lot more confident if it was a court of law, but it is not.

I am operating under the assumption that we will be hit with a 1 year post season ban.

Bingo. It's the NCAA court. It's going to be 1 year, just depends on NCAA wants to tack on another. I think they only do that if KU is uncooperative.

I think KU has been cooperative, they're just telling the NCAA to fuck off in the process.

I am mentally preparing myself for a ban but I am certainly not convinced we will get one.

NC State is the test case. Their fate will be decided before ours.

GT got hit hard for less than KU had. But CNB is right, NC State is test case.

Hopefully the NCAA bankrolled itself with the cancellation of the tournament. 👍

Also consider if the allegations were their response to situation, or if they really mean it and going to bring more issues to their plate with a harder punishment.

There is currently both an SEC and a Federal investigation into Nike being conducted. And the Avenatti trial certainly showed many clear violations. This certainly isn’t ending with Kansas. Can only hope the media decides to cover that investigation the way they handled ours.

My only question, are we in NCAA court, that we can federally appeal... or did this go to the new “Without bias committee” that is a complete and final ruling?

It hasn't been transferred to the new committee. At least not yet.

And basing on our response, I still don’t know which route is better.

Roll dice with NCAA, with option of Law being on our side in an appeal. Plus dragging it out.

Or hope non bias committee gets it right without the KU vs NCAA history and public embarrassment the NCAA is equally fighting.
