Agreed. There are a few things that he has done that have been necessary and productive. The most worthless tester on my work team also manages to get a few projects in that don't blow up, either. But we spend a awful lot of time fixing crap that she missed due to her incompetence and laziness.
Gotta give the base somebody to blame.
