Seriously though, I actually wouldn't be surprised to see an official banner of some kind--no other champion declared that year. It was a great year to close out in the top spot. There was a whole season competition too unlike last year.
Some may not like it, but Kansas was the best team of 2019. Weird to get so animated by an accomplishment that should inspire pride in fans.

Really? I respect your response but wonder why you say that.
I wonder because there are many people who dress their kids in Jayhawk/s gear, have their kids cheer for KU, and claim their kids were "born and raised" Jayhawks.
Are they lying about their kids being Jayhawks - or are they just wrong?
